The Finrail Group includes the parent company Finrail Ltd and its fully owned subsidiary Finlogic Oy
The Finnish State owns the entire stock of Finrail Ltd. The Ministry of Transport and Communications is responsible for the ownership steering of the company. Finrail Ltd has a subsidiary, Finlogic Oy, whose stock is fully owned by Finrail.
