The Annual General Meeting of Traffic Management Finland Ltd has approved the financial statement for 2019. The Group’s revenue was EUR 222 million and its net profit was EUR 14.7 million. At the end of 2019, the total number of employees employed by the Group was 1,103. The financial year was the Group’s first. A decision was made not to pay any dividends.
The AGM granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the CEO. All members of the Board shall remain in office. The auditor selected by the AGM is the audit firm Ernst & Young Oy.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Annual General Meeting of Traffic Management Finland Ltd on 26 May 2020 was arranged as a remote meeting.
