Hanna Hovi, Master of Laws, has been appointed HR Director and member of the Executive Board
Hanna Hovi will start at Traffic Management Finland (TMF) at the latest by 17 June 2020. Hovi reports to CEO Pentti Korhonen.
Hovi comes to TMF from N-Clean, where she has served as Chief HR Officer since 2018. Before N-Clean, she has held HR management positions in listed companies in the construction and pharmaceutical sectors. She has also worked as Legal Counsel for industrial relations at the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries.
Hovi will be responsible for the management and development of TMF’s HR services as well as the development of supervisor work and leadership. Hovi’s responsibilities include, for example, employment issues and negotiations, competence building, the promotion of well-being at work and occupational safety and health, the recruitment process and the rewarding of employees.

Sanna Reponen chosen as TMF’s Development Director and member of the Executive Board
Reponen has served as TMF’s Group Transformation Lead since the summer 2019. Previously, she has held management and expert roles in customer accounts and consulting at, for example, Accenture and TJ Group, and worked as an IT Project Manager at the Finnish Defence Forces.
Reponen will be responsible for the building of TMF’s management system and act as Key Account Manager for the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. The Key Account Manager role includes development of the partnership and the related design, meeting and follow-up procedures as well as the daily management of the partnership in cooperation with the subsidiaries and the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency. She will also be responsible for leading separately agreed development projects and the strategy process.
Sanna reports to CEO Pentti Korhonen.
