Whose personal data is processed by Air Navigation Services (who are the “data subjects”)?

  • Contact persons of stakeholders involved in the consultation process of Flight Procedure Design.

Personal data provided to Air Navigation Services by a representative of a data subject or a data subject’s organisation

  • Contact information and other identifying information: first and last name, e-mail, telephone number and name of the organisation.

Purpose of processing

Air Navigation Services processes personal data for the purpose of the consultation process of the flight procedure design service pursuant to section 110 of the Aviation Act. The law requires that Air Navigation Services is consulted when a flight procedure is being designed or reviewed. The basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of Air Navigation Services’ legal obligations. 

Retention periods of personal data

The Air Navigation Services stores personal data for the life cycle of the flight procedure.
