Muonio Intelligent Road

Fintraffic Road maintains an intelligent traffic test area on main road 21 in Muonio. The road section in test use is approximately 10 km long. It is possible to carry out testing and research related to traffic automation and automated driving on this road.

The versatile equipment of the road and roadside allows for wide-ranging testing and is open to all operators in the transport sector.
