Fintraffic Traffic Management Centre provides its partners with professional and efficient road traffic management services.

The services of Fintraffic Traffic Management Centre includes the upkeep of an up-to-date situational picture of road traffic, traffic control, traffic information and incident management in cooperation with public authorities.

The focus of the work is on safe and smooth traffic. These can be improved by, among other things, up-to-date traffic communications and efficient management of incidents, which can be done through the use of various traffic management systems on the roads, especially in demanding tunnel locations. Work is carried out in close cooperation with the authorities and other traffic operators, including public transport operators and contractors. In large urban areas, cooperation with municipal actors responsible for traffic management is highlighted.

Fintraffic Traffic Management Centre is also responsible for the national Road User Line (+358 (0)200 2100), which can be used to report traffic incidents and to convey feedback from road users to contractors responsible for road maintenance.

Fintraffic Traffic Management Centre has three offices located in Helsinki, Tampere and Turku.
